Ok, so one thing we all like is rice, especially when we make stir fry, but did you know that there is a trick to it to make your stir fried rice taste even better?
Most people would assume that you just make your rice and immediately stir it in, but did you realize this is the wrong way to it?
You loose flavor, and get more starch this way.
Personally I’m not a fan of instant rice, however this trick will work on long grain, and also instant rice.
Make your rice, and sit in the fridge over night, and then make your stir fry or what ever your going to use your rice the next day.
It will give you much better results!
