Everyone loves Mac and Cheese, but have you thought about how unhealthy the boxes of KD really are, how good is the cheese? do you really want to give your kids this?, what if I told you could make this relatively cheap, and also far more healthier?
When buying cheese you can buy blocks of cheese at a relatively good price now a days, and can get a good variety of flavor.
This is pretty easy to make, and can serve a lot of people in a meal.
In this recipe I give you 3 cups of cheese, however you can do just fine cutting down to 1, but doing this will give you a really nice set of flavoring
Macaroni – This can be what ever you want to use.
1 Cups of your choice of Cheese
1 Cups of another type of cheese
1 Cup of another
3 Cups of milk
1/4 Cup of butter
2 1/2 teas spoons of all purpose flour
2 Tablespoons of more butter
1/2 Cup of graham crackers
First cook your macaroni as per directions on the box.
In a saucepan, melt butter or margarine over medium heat. Stir in enough flour to make a roux. Add milk to roux slowly, stirring constantly. Stir in cheeses very slowly, and cook over low heat until cheese is melted and the sauce is a little thick, if you let it thin too much it will not work as well. Put macaroni in large casserole dish, and pour sauce over macaroni. Stir well.Melt butter or margarine in a skillet over medium heat. Add breadcrumbs and brown. Spread over the macaroni and cheese to cover. Sprinkle with a little paprika.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, then serve it.
