Pineapple Sauce is great for chicken and rice, it should have a nice tang to it, and give your dish a nice taste and even more beautiful presentation.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Fresh Pineapple Chunks
In a pot start boiling Hard Milk
Start adding in some but just a splash nothing much Apple Cider Vinegar
Add some chunks of fresh pineapple
Add some Tomato Paste
Add a half a cup of Apple Juice
Liberally stir in nutmeg
Put in some corn starch
Stir it for about 5 minutes, and take it off the burner and let cool a bit, then fridge it.
It should come out nice and thick and should be good for rice and chicken dishes.
