Spaghetti Squash Spaghetti has an amazing taste and flavor to it, serves a lot, and 0 carbs, a great meal for someone who wants to try something new
1 Spaghetti Squash
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Can of tomato paste
1 Can of crushed tomatoes
Veggies of Choice
Cut your Spaghetti Squash into 4 sections, be very careful and use a very sharp knife for this, you will need to deal with a very hard squash.
Take a spoon and clean the insides the same way that you would a pumpkin, you can roast the seeds if you want.
Take the sections of the squash and spread a little oil over the top and bottom.
Salt and pepper it will and put it on a baking sheet and bake on 350 degrees in the oven, turning over half way through.
Once they are out,let them sit for 10-20 minutes, maybe even a half an hour, they will be hot, so you need to be careful.
Once they cool down enough take one to the cutting board, and take a fork to the insides and start pulling the strands out, this should come out nice and easy and wow look at that, looks like actual spaghetti!
Set this aside for now and take your veggies and go to your wok or frying pan.
Start with some extra virgin olive oil, and heat it up and then start to caramelize your onions a bit, then start adding your veggies, (Personally just to warm up not to totally cook)
Add your tomato paste and crushed tomatoes they will start bubbling up and you know its almost done, add the spaghetti squash in the mix and stir it up well.
Your done serve it, and should tastes amazing, and I hope you like it!
