This is a very quick and easy recipe, and wow it does a wonderful job, its great for diabetics, for those with high blood pressure, it surprises your apatite, and it is so good.
Phase 1 Ingredients
1 Can Of Chickpeas, Drained 2 TSP Minced Garlic Half Cup Of Hot Sauce 3 to 4 TBS Of Water
Phase 2 Putting It Together
In a food processor add everything other than the water, process this until it becomes pureed and then add water until its smooth and creamy.
This was a great dip, good to use as a chip or veggie dip, and so super easy to make.
Cut all the vegetiables up, dice them up nice and small, with the Jalopino you don’t have to have the seeds, but if you want the extra spice you can.
Phase 3. Mix.
Mix all the veggies up Add the spice
Now crush the juice of a lime in to the mix, and give it its final mix.
Phase 4. Fridge
Put it in the fridge for an hour or 2 and then your ready to serve!
We find this to be a super easy and fast recipe to make, we think you should enjoy this, let us know what else would you mix, you can put tomatos, you don’t have to, but you can. Note, some people do add vegetable or olive oil, but becareful of that, as it does add celeries and fat.BB

This is a very simple and easy recipe, tastes great and honestly so healthy, everyone should be able to make this! BTW if your not a fan of onions you can leave this out, if you really wanted to make this vegan you can leave the scallops out too, if you want you can replace the scallops with any other type of seafood!
Phase 1 The Scallops
Cook your scallops until they are completely cooked, leave no room for them to be under cooked, and this is very serious, when they are done leave them to the side.
Phase 2 The Noodles
Make your noodles you’ve selected as per directions.
Phase 3 Chickpeas
Put a can of chickpeas into a frying pan, juice from the can in all, we are going to cook these on medium heat. We are going to mix some Tumeric Cardimon Onion Powder Smoked Paprika and Onion A few table spoons of BBQ Sauce for flavor Cumming Chilli Powder Stir this all the way through These should be cooked for 3-4 minutes.
Phase 4 The Sauce
In a food processor put a large onion or 2 small ones in Then load your cooked chickpeas Process them down until they are pureed Into a large frying pan or wok add 2 cans of crushed tomatoes (If not just use the food procesor or blender to get them pureed for you. Add 1 can of pinapples in juice and all You want to stir frequently everything has to be even. A few spoons of your favorite sea food sauce Add in your chickpea and onion puree And yes especially stir this in, this part is very important Add your scallops to the mix. Add plenty of cheese, add in gradually so that it melts in. Let this simmer for a 4 to 5 minutes.
Phase 5 Mixing Together
Add some noodles to the bowl Drown your sauce into the bowl and mix well If you want you can serve with garlic bread and should be very tasty!
This is very easily one of our favorite recipes we have ever made, it tastes great and was easy and quick to make, we hope you like what we served!
A quick and easy refreshing drink, one that everyone can enjoy and very very tasty!
In a very large pot, start boiling water
Peal 1 or 2 lemons for the zest and get the juice from 2 lemons.
At boiling point put in 5 tea bags, if you don’t want it to be as strong put 3 or 4 tea bags in.
Put in 4 Star Anasee seeds in.
Dump the lemon peals
Dump the lemon juice in
Dump a few tea spoons of cinnimon
Let this steep for 5 minutes, and if you don’t like it so strong, stop steeping in 3 to 5 minutes.
At this point take it off the heat, and remove the Star Anasee, lemon peels (If you used cinnimon sticks remove those too) and then let it cool to room temperature
If you live in a cold place you can sit it outside for a bit.
When its cooled, you can put this in your fridge and drink when you want it, when your ready to serve just put some ice cubes and enjoy.
This is a very simple dish, you can use some cream or milk, if you so wish you can use sugar to sweeten it, and you can use what ever tea bag you want, it tastes great, and so simple.
This was an awesome, fun, easy and simple recipe, one I think everyone can enjoy, and everyone can make this!
You start with 4 litters of milk Take a quarter drinking cup of milk in a cup Pour the rest of the milk in a large pot and start cooking on medium heat and keeps stiring it take 2 cups of plain yogurt into your cup of milk, and stir it up Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon Put in a bit of salt Just before it starts boiling put in your milk yogurt mix Soon it will start boiling, and you will see curds come up on top
Take a pot with some cheese cloth put on top and start scooping the curds into the cheese cloth
When its all in the cloth squeeze the liquid out to make your cheese dry.
Store in a dark warmish place for 24 hours.
After 24 hours put in the fridge and your good to go!
Super easy, good for salads, making poutine, a spread, or just a good snack, we hope you liked this!
Pickles are awesome, they taste amazing, as a side, or something to put on your burgers, and they are super simple and easy to make, and best of all, it is cheaper than buying them! Why pay tons of money at the store when you can make them yourself and have them taste better!
Phase 1. The Brine.
3 cups of vinegar Salt 2 spoons of brown sugar Stir it up Boil. After its done simmering for 5 minutes, take off the heat and let it cool.
Phase 2. Prep and Ingredients.
Cucumbers – Cut up the way you want your pickles to look! 3 cloves of garlic minced Fresh dill Mustard seed
Phase 3. Stuff the Containers!
Put some dill leaves on the bottom Dump some dill seed on top Put some garlic Fill your container half way with cucumbers Put more dill Put more mustard seed Place more garlic Put more cucumbers in The rest of the dill Put more mustard seed Put the rest of the garlic
Phase 4. Finish it Up.
Once the brine is totally cooled off fill your containers.
Put this in your fridge for 7 days and your done and ready to snack!
And thats all it basically is, for the most part you can get most of these ingredients super cheap and easy, and who doesn’t like homemade, it is always better!
Marinara sauce is one of those Italian sauces that you are going to use on almost every type of pasta sauce, spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce, Lausanne sauce, this sauce is very versatile and can be used for a lot of different things, and honestly tastes great.
And another fun fact, is you can easily buy this, and yes you can, but it also has a lot of preservatives, and not as healthy or even as good tasting. Sure its more convenient, and some times cheaper, but your sacrificing taste, and at the end of the day what do you want a cheap meal, or do you want something that has value and taste!
You might think this is a hard dish to make, and really it isn’t.
First question, do you have a good blender, if not do you have a good food processor? If you don’t have a good blender, take all the ingredients you have to chop and put them through a food processor, if not, chop them as fine as you can, along with the tomatoes take a potato masher and be ready to mash them once cooked, if you have a blender follow along, you can be creative on making things work!
Canned tomatoes are the best you can use for this unless you have ones grown from your garden, buying tomatoes from your grocery store isn’t as good as canned ones.
Phase 1 Choppy Choppy
Chop up one large onion, 2 whole garlics, 3 to 5 chili peppers.
Phase 2 Cook time!
This would be the easiest in a Wok, other wise a big pot might be better, or a very large frying pan.
Add a lot of extra virgin olive oil in your pan and heat it up really good, when its hot and bubbling then go to the next step.
Put your onions in and cook them until they start getting soft.
Add your garlic and cook them until they become fraquent.
Add in a few sprays of white wine, (You can use red, but its a bit heavier, rice wine would be ok too, or you can leave this step out.)
Add 3 cans of crushed tomatoes, you can add what ever type of canned tomatoes you want, for tomatoes they should be canned unless you have garden grown tomatoes, (those are best).
Add a lot of oregano, parsley and basil, and mix that in well.
Add some chili peppers, this step is optional.
Add some salt and pepper.
Cook this out until its done, and take it off of the heat.
Put the sauce through a blender.
Once cooled down bottle and fridge.
This is one of the most tastiest and amazing and far healthier than store bought, if you trying to entertain, this will really impress them, and if your going to do Italian, lets do it right, we hope you enjoyed this!
Start putting the ingredients into your breadmaker.
1 Warm Water 2 tablespoons of white sugar 2 tablespoons of yeast
Let this sit for 10 minutes before moving on to the next step, this is necessary for the yeast to start activating, please do not skip. (You don’t need the sugar, bread is carbohydrates, so it will break down into sugar soon anyway)
After 10 minutes have passed lets put the rest of the ingredients in.
1/4 Cup of Vegitable oil
3 cups of all pourpose flour, (You can use bread flour if you want.)
A small sprinkle of salt you don’t need a lot of this.
Now that its all in, the key is to use the right setting or it won’t work, so pay attention to this, and it should work fine.
In the end you should have some homemade bread, which should be cheaper and much tastier and you won’t have to worry about all the extra chemicals that usually come with store bought, and if you think about it, the only extra thing you should have to buy is flour, which should last a while and yeast which won’t be a 1 time use thing!
This is an excellent snack, it can be un healthy, and quite hot if you let it be, and you can customize it the way you want, in this recipe I am making a simple base, yes there is a bit of addition to mine, but not a whole lot, we are trying to present this in a healthier way so we are avoiding doing the butter (Yes I am aware that it does add to the flavor, but its unhealthy and I’m not sure its nessasary with all that we have in it already.
Phase 1. Corn
Cook your corn, its normal to use white corn, however not everyone can get access to it, we couldn’t find it at all.
If your using canned corn drain first, other wise cook your corn, we used a bit of low sodium salt, so me peper and tajin.
Let your corn cool off before proceeding.
Phase 2. Putting it all together.
This was easy wasn’t it?
Put some corn in a cup, now presentation is not important, not everyone will care that much.
Put 2 spoon fulls of cream cheese.
Put 2 good squirts of mayo. (Please do not use Miracle Whip)
Put a bit of lime juice over it.
Put some of your favorite hot sauce, we used Franks Sweet Thai Chilli, my absolute favorite!
Then finally add a few sprinkles of Parmesan cheese and thats it your good to go!
This is a great little snack, very tasty and easy to make, a good pleaser, we hope you enjoy it!
