This is a great dish, its quick and easy, and should be absolutely flavorful and just a great comfort food.
Phase 1 The Ingredients
2 Cups of cooked rice 4 Chicken Breasts Cubed up 2 Diced up Onions Korma sauce Curry Masuala 3 TBS Tajin 3 TBS turmeric
Phase 2 Instructions
Get your wok ready, with some oil get it nice and hot, put your onion in and caramalize it, and then run it through a food processor or blender to get it to a puried state.
Cook your chicken until its fully cooked, make sure you keep enough oil in the pan, pour in the pureed onion in with the chicken, pour your sauce in, add 3 TBS of Tajin, add 3 TBS of turmeric
6 Chicken breasts – Chopped up into cubes 1 Lemon Garlic paste Ginger paste Chili powder Onion powder Fennel seeds Red pepper flakes Lo Salt Black pepper Extra virgin olive oil Plain Greek Yogurt Turmeric Garam masala French Fries Chopped up onions from 1 onion 2 can of diced tomatos Half a block of butter Rice vinegar Honey Minced up cashews A block of shredded cheese
Phase 2 Marination 1
Cube up chicken breasts add a few squirts of lemon juice from a lemon add 2 spoons of garlic and ginger paste, add chili powder, onion powder, fennel seeds, red pepper flakes, and some lo salt, black pepper and mix it all up cover this up in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Phase 3 Marination 2
After 20 minutes take it out of the fridge, add a few drizzles of extra virgin olive oil, and 4 good spoonful’s of plain Greek yogurt add some turmeric garam masala, mix it up really well. Put this back in the fridge for at least 20 minutes, you can leave this sit for a few hours and would work better.
Phase 4 Cooking Time
Take a baking tray with parchment paper and set the chicken out of the marinade and on the tray and bake in a pre heated oven for 350 degrees, for 20 minutes, make sure it is fully cooked, you may need to let it cook a bit longer.
Once that is done, in a wok with a bit of extra virgin olive oil, add some diced up onions. add 2 cans of diced tomatoes add a few blocks of butter, add some rice vinegar add a generous amount of honey, keep mixing until the butter melts, add some garam masala, add some chili powder.
Start making your french fries how ever you want to.
Back to the gravey, add some garlic paste, add some tumeric, add some lo salt, add some cachews, simmer this until everything is soft, then pour it into a blender and blend it until its done.
Now its time to serve, put some French fries into a bowl, add your gravy, and add some cheese and serve!
We hope you enjoy this, we really love this, it tastes so amazing and so tasty, yes it takes a bit to do, but still tastes great and is worth the effort.
Add some minced garlic, you can add it from a bottle if you’d prefer.
(Keep on stiring once you add a thing in.)
Add some smoked paprika.
Add some tumeric.
Add some ginger spice.
Add some ground mustard.
Add some cardimon.
Add some funnel seeds.
Add some curry spice.
Add some cumming.
Add some canned crushed tomatoes.
Use the food processor and mince up some chestnuts and add them in.
Add a can of coconut milk.
Add your chicken.
Add your chickpeas in.
Cover and let this simmer, for about 15-20 minutes.
Add some garam Masula mix it in, and your done.
This may seem like it takes a lot of time, but it is worth every moment of it, it tastes amazing, you can add some chilies and make it hot, you can have it mild, its so easy to make and tastes great!
3 Cups of flour (White or bread) 2 Cups of greek plain yogurt 2 whole garlics 1 Whole onions
Phase 2 Prep.
Gather all the ingredients and put the garlic and onion in a food processor to make it very minced, if you don’t have a food processor, just cut as fine as you can.
Phase 3 Mix.
In a large bowl mix your flour and then add in the yogurt very slowly so it doesn’t make a huge mess. Add the garlic and onion. Mix it really really good, I can’t say this enough you really want it mixed. Keep mixing until its a shaggy mess, and then make 2 balls out of it, Beat the balls kneed it, and fold it until its almost elastic, and then cover with plastic wrap for 20-30 minutes.
Phase 4 Cut and Cook.
After 20-30 minutes, remove the wrap and take each ball and seperate it into 6 equal pieces. take each piece and roll into a small thin bread.
Heat a cast iron pan, or another pan will work, oil isn’t nessasary here, just heat it up to medium heat. Once hot lay a piece of bread down and cook on both sides til done.
Let cool and your good to go, this is an awesome side to any Indian dish, tastes amazing, and we hope you like it!

Phase 1 Biryani spice mix.
In a small bowl (Or re usable container you can store spices in mix some
Cuming.
Coriander.
Ginger.
Tumeric.
Cinamon.
Mix that together.
Phase 2 Cube the chicken.
Cube up some chicken breasts, or chicken thighs, either works well, chicken thighs offer more fat and gives a bit more flavor, but breasts will work well too.
Phase 3 Prep work.
Cut up some ginger, and 4 onions and a few cloves of garlic and have 2 cups of rice made on stand by.
Phase 4 Cooking.
Fry up and caramelize 4 onions and garlic.
Add chicken cubes make sure its cooked down, no raw chicken.
Add the spice mix.
Mix everything very well.
Add plain Greek yogurt.
Add a can of crushed tomatoes, you can use tomato soup if you have that.
Add a bit of water, and keep mixing well.
Add some chili sauce.
Serve on top of rice.

Pineapple curry is a great tasting Indian dish that is hot, vegan and tastes absolutely heavenly!
Before serving this I would recommend that you watch who you are serving as someone may have an allergy, or may not be able to handle the heat.
This was fun to make, and didn’t take a whole lot of time to make, it was actually fast, and for this I would I would recommend using a wok.
Phase 1 Ingredients

Phase 2 Prep Work
Lets take some time and slice up your onions garlic and pineapple, they should be in bite sized chunks.
Phase 2 Cooking
Start by putting some coconut oil in the wok and letting it turn into oil, some times this is a thicker consistency at the start and needs to melt.
Start adding each ingredient in 1 by one until they are all in, making sure to stir after each add.
Let everything cook out properly and your done, its that simple!
This is a great meal, and very simple and easy to make and should be a major pleaser! You should serve this with rice, and if you want to you can also add cooked chicken with it!
This is our butter chicken video, one of the older videos, and honestly it was one of my favorites, who doesn’t like butter chicken, it tastes amazing, and you can make it hot, but you don’t have to, and I think anyone who likes Indian food will tell you they love butter chicken.
I would always encourage you to try to make this if you never had it before, as it is one of those dishes that is simply amazing!
A few things to note, when marinating the chicken you can add some plain fat free Greek yogurt, and when it comes to salt there is a low or no sodium salt you can use and it does make a difference.
Phase 1 Marinating the chicken
Ingredients for phase 1
Boneless chicken thighs
Salt
Garlic Powder (or minced garlic)
Ginger Powder (Or minced ginger)
Onion Powder (or minced onion)
(You can optionally add plain Greek yogurt)
Phase 1
Cube up the chicken thighs.
add the above spices and yogurt if your going to use it.
Let this marinate between 20 minutes to 24 hours.
If your going to add some hot peppers or spice the longer its marinated the hotter its going to be and the better flavor youll have!
Phase 2 Gravy part 1
Ingredients for Phase 2
2 Onions.
Extra virgin olive oil.
A whole garlic.
Garam Masala.
Phase 2
In a large frying pan put the heat on with some extra virgin olive oil let it heat up.
Chop up the onions and garlic.
Add the onions and garlic and we want to get the onion caramalized.
Mix in the garam masala mix.
Mix everything
Phase 3 Cooking the Chicken
This is simple and easy just fry up your chicken, get it fully cooked, you don’t want to be eating bad chicken.
Phase 4 Finishing up
Phase 4 ingredients
Rice wine vinegar
2 cans of crushed tomatoes
Half a box of butter
Red pepper flakes
Whipping cream
Phase 4
In your pan with the carnalized onions, add some rice wine vinegar.
Add in 2 cans of crushed tomatoes.
Take this portion and add to a blender or food processor to make smooth and then replace back into the pan.
Chop up the butter into smaller sticks and add it into the gravy and make sure the butter is melting down.
Put the cooked chicken in.
Add some red pepper flakes.
Add some whipping cream in.
Make sure to keep stirring.
This is basically it, there are other spices you can add, and you can make keep improving this, and this is a yummy base for making an amazing meal!
