This is a great and easy dish, tastes good, and quick and easy, but yet has such a good taste to it.
Make your rice a day before if you can, use some multi-grain or brown whole grain rice, day old rice is always the best. You want 2 cups.
Heat up your wok and cook up and seperate some honey garlic pork sausages, you want to be cutting them down as they cook, and cook them until they are done.
Dice 1 large onion.
Dice up some cauliflower.
Time for the sauce.
In a bowl pour in some apple cyder vinegar
Pour in a lot of your favorite BBQ sauce
Add some mustard
Add some lemon juice
Add Worchester sauce
Add some soya sauce
When the sausage is fully cooked, add the rice into the wok.
Add the caulieflower and mix well.
Add your onion.
Add your sauce, and mix it well in, make sure its all covered.
