Rooster Soup

This is a funny, hot but tasty recipe, it is Jamaican but one my wife just had to try.

Phase 1 Ingredients.

Cock Soup package
1 Pack of ground chicken.
Hot sauce
Garlic powder
Smoked paprika
Black pepper
2 Diced up carrots
3 Chopped up cloves of garlic
3 Chopped up potatoes
1 Chopped up sweet pepper
2 Chopped up onion
1 jalopino (More depending on how hot you want it, and you can remove the seeds.)

Phase 2 Cooking!

Start to fry up your ground chicken, apply some hot sauce, then some apple cider vinger, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper, add the carrots, garlic, potatoes, sweet pepper, and half the onions and add some more hot sauce.

In a large pot filled with water, pour in your package of Cock soup mix it up and turn your heat to medium.

Take the veggies and meat combo from the frying pan and into the pot.

Start to fry up the rest of the onion and jalopino, once its sautéed enough put it into the rest of the soup.

This is a fun recipe, and yes it will get a rise out of anyone, we do enjoy it!

Tater Tot Casserole

The Tater Tot Casserole is an amazing dish, easy to make, and quite filling, and can be a great way to start your day! The only difference is we are using potatoes instead of tater tots as tater tots are loaded with sodium.

Phase 1. The Ingredients.

7 Medium potatoes
2 Pieces of pork cubed up
BBQ sauce
Apple cider vinegar
Black pepper
A block of cheddar cheese
1 Can of chickpeas
1 Bunch of fresh spinach
1 Can of crushed tomatos
2 Medium onions
1 Red sweet pepper
Dill spice
1 Can of sweet corn
1 Pack of mushrooms
Tajin

Phase 1 – Potato Bath

Cube up the potatos, and soak them in water for 30 minutes, after that rinse them and let them dry.

Phase 2 – Wheres the Beef?

Well there is no beef, its pork, we are using a piece of tender loin, and pork chop, we cut them, and fried them with black pepper apple cider vinegar and some BBQ sauce, let this cool after they are done cooking.

Phase 3 – The Prep

Chop up the spinach, the onions and pepper, and shred the cheese up.

Phase 4 – Making the Casserole

Greese a cassarole dish, and line the bottom with your potatos, they don’t need to be absolutely dry, but should mostly be dry, put some black pepper and dill spice over it, you don’t want to over spice this here.

Put your meat mixture over it, and then sprinkle half of your cheese on top of that.

Now spread your veggie mix and add some tajin and then the rest of your cheese.

Phase 5 – Cooking

Preheat your ovenn to 350 degrees, and bake for 45 minutes.

After that take it out and let it set for 10 minutes!

Butter Chicken Poutine

Phase 1 Ingredients and Prep

6 Chicken breasts – Chopped up into cubes
1 Lemon
Garlic paste
Ginger paste
Chili powder
Onion powder
Fennel seeds
Red pepper flakes
Lo Salt
Black pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Plain Greek Yogurt
Turmeric
Garam masala
French Fries
Chopped up onions from 1 onion
2 can of diced tomatos
Half a block of butter
Rice vinegar
Honey
Minced up cashews
A block of shredded cheese

Phase 2 Marination 1

Cube up chicken breasts add a few squirts of lemon juice from a lemon add 2 spoons of garlic and ginger paste, add chili powder, onion powder, fennel seeds, red pepper flakes, and some lo salt, black pepper and mix it all up cover this up in the fridge for 20 minutes.

Phase 3 Marination 2

After 20 minutes take it out of the fridge, add a few drizzles of extra virgin olive oil, and 4 good spoonful’s of plain Greek yogurt add some turmeric garam masala, mix it up really well. Put this back in the fridge for at least 20 minutes, you can leave this sit for a few hours and would work better.

Phase 4 Cooking Time

Take a baking tray with parchment paper and set the chicken out of the marinade and on the tray and bake in a pre heated oven for 350 degrees, for 20 minutes, make sure it is fully cooked, you may need to let it cook a bit longer.

Once that is done, in a wok with a bit of extra virgin olive oil, add some diced up onions. add 2 cans of diced tomatoes add a few blocks of butter, add some rice vinegar add a generous amount of honey, keep mixing until the butter melts, add some garam masala, add some chili powder.

Start making your french fries how ever you want to.

Back to the gravey, add some garlic paste, add some tumeric, add some lo salt, add some cachews, simmer this until everything is soft, then pour it into a blender and blend it until its done.

Now its time to serve, put some French fries into a bowl, add your gravy, and add some cheese and serve!

We hope you enjoy this, we really love this, it tastes so amazing and so tasty, yes it takes a bit to do, but still tastes great and is worth the effort.

Eggroll Bowl

The Eggroll bowl is a great tasty and so easy and fun to make! I would encourage everyone to invest some time to try this, your family will thank you.

Phase 1 – The ingredients and Prep.

Sweet Soya Sauce

Light soya sauce

Rice vinegar

Sesame seed oil

Black pepper

Crushed chili powder

2 Packs of minced turkey

Liquid smoke

Onion powder

Apple wood spice

Smoked Paprika

Apple cider vinegar

Minced garlic

Minced ginger

2 Bell peppers that have been minced

2 Green onions that have been chopped up.

Shredded cabbage

A bag of shredded carrots

1 Chopped up onion

Phase 2 The Sauce

In a bowl mix up some sweet soya sauce, some light soya sauce, some rice vinegar, sesame seed oil, black pepper, and crushed chili peppers, and mix it up well.

Phase 3 Cooking

In a large wok cook up both packs of ground turkey adding a touch of liquid smoke, and apple wood spice, onion powder, smoked paprika, and some apple cider vinegar, make sure the meat is almost finished cooking before adding anything else, and add your minced garlic and ginger, now add your onions and carrots, then add cabbage and peppers, and then pour in your sauce, and mix well until everything is cooked.

This may be a pain, but you may wish to use tongs to do this, but make sure to stir and mix well, and when done serve this into bowls and your good to go, just top with green onions for the looks.

This is one of our most requested meals, and honestly one of our favorites to eat!

Phili Cheese Steak

This is an incredible and fast and easy recipe, and tastes so heavenly!

Phase 1. The steak.

buy 2 large steaks and sit them in the freezer for 2 hours.

Phase 2. Prep work

Dice up one large onion, and then cube up the steak.

Ready 1 Get ready Sub bun, you can use some butter, or some mayonaise, no coolwhip please., get some cheese, provolone, would be best, but American cheese, or cheddar is good too.

Phase 3. Fry up the onions until they caramelized, pour in some Worchester sauce, add some pepper, then fry up the steak, both shouldn’t take very long, get everything all fried up.

Phase 4. Build and Serve.

Put your mixed steak and onions in the roll, and top with cheese.

We hope you like this, it is absolutely amazing, tastes great, and was one of the best sandwiches you can make!

Pinapple Salsa

Phase 1 The Ingredients

  1. Tajin
  2. Ground black pepper
  3. Lo Salt, or NoSalt
  4. Smoked paprika
  5. Onion
  6. Red Pepper
  7. Cilantro
  8. Pinapple (Not canned)
  9. Tomato (Not canned)
  10. Lime
  11. Jalopino (Your choice if you want seeds or not)

Phase 2 Cut them up.

Cut all the vegetiables up, dice them up nice and small, with the Jalopino you don’t have to have the seeds, but if you want the extra spice you can.

Phase 3. Mix.

Mix all the veggies up Add the spice

Now crush the juice of a lime in to the mix, and give it its final mix.

Phase 4. Fridge

Put it in the fridge for an hour or 2 and then your ready to serve!

We find this to be a super easy and fast recipe to make, we think you should enjoy this, let us know what else would you mix, you can put tomatos, you don’t have to, but you can. Note, some people do add vegetable or olive oil, but becareful of that, as it does add celeries and fat.BB

Chicken Chickpea Curry

Chop and mince 1 large onion.

Heat some oil on a large pan.

Have some chicken breasts cubed.

Add some minced garlic, you can add it from a bottle if you’d prefer.

(Keep on stiring once you add a thing in.)

Add some smoked paprika.

Add some tumeric.

Add some ginger spice.

Add some ground mustard.

Add some cardimon.

Add some funnel seeds.

Add some curry spice.

Add some cumming.

Add some canned crushed tomatoes.

Use the food processor and mince up some chestnuts and add them in.

Add a can of coconut milk.

Add your chicken.

Add your chickpeas in.

Cover and let this simmer, for about 15-20 minutes.

Add some garam Masula mix it in, and your done.

This may seem like it takes a lot of time, but it is worth every moment of it, it tastes amazing, you can add some chilies and make it hot, you can have it mild, its so easy to make and tastes great!

Cauliflower Pork Stir Fry

This is a great and easy dish, tastes good, and quick and easy, but yet has such a good taste to it.

Make your rice a day before if you can, use some multi-grain or brown whole grain rice, day old rice is always the best. You want 2 cups.

Heat up your wok and cook up and seperate some honey garlic pork sausages, you want to be cutting them down as they cook, and cook them until they are done.

Dice 1 large onion.

Dice up some cauliflower.

Time for the sauce.

In a bowl pour in some apple cyder vinegar
Pour in a lot of your favorite BBQ sauce
Add some mustard
Add some lemon juice
Add Worchester sauce
Add some soya sauce

When the sausage is fully cooked, add the rice into the wok.

Add the caulieflower and mix well.

Add your onion.

Add your sauce, and mix it well in, make sure its all covered.

This is a fast easy and simple recipe and tastes amazing, and is quite healthy. We hope you enjoyed this!

Homemade Dark Chocolate

This is a super easy and quick recipe, only 4 ingreidents!

1 cup of Coconut oil

1 cup of Coco Powder

1/2 cup of honey (or any other sweetener you want

And a few drops of vanilla extract.

in a small pot put everything in and melt and mix everything, when it starts to bubble pour it into your mold, the easiest might be an ice cube maker.

Freeze for 30 minutes to an hour, take it out and wrap in tin foil, and your done!

Easy quick and man it tastes so great!

Mushroom Melt Waggu Burger

Making Waggu burgers is great, but if you can’t get waggu you can get bison, or even a good cut of beef for your burgers its perfectly fine.

Making your burgers don’t need any salt or pepper just leave them plane, and cook them as normal with a bit of oil, and fry them up.

Get a nice bun, and you want to put some mayo on the top and bottom.

Now for the mushroom part we want to dice up some mushrooms and some onions and cover them in salt and pepper, and fry them up.

When your ready to serve, put your patty on your bun covered in your mayo.

Put 2 slices of a good select cheese.

Put some of the mushroom and onion mix.

Put some spinach on top and then close it with the top bun with mayo mix.

Serve with french fries, and this should be on hell of a good burger!
